SHIPPING COSTS 

We do not charge anything for shipping whether the product is shipped in the United States. (Free Shipping in USA) 

TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME: 

Our Handling Time is 1-2 Business Days (Mon-Fri) and Delivery Time is 3-4 Business Days (Mon-Fri). Means it takes a total 4-6 business days to reach the parcel at your doorstep after placement of order. 

CHANGE OF ADDRESS 

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at sales@migion.com

TRACKING 

Once your order has been shipped, your order comes with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you. You will get email notification in 0-3 days after placement of order. 

Cancellations 

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy. 

Parcels Damaged 

In Transit If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.
